Ava DuVernay and Autumn Riley

Ava DuVernay born August 24, 72 from Long Beach California. DuVernay was inspired to follow her passion of art by her aunt Denise when she was a child. She worked as night nurses to afford her aunt the time she needed during her day time to enjoy the pleasures of literature, art as well as theatre. DuVernay started broadcasting journalism as a student. DuVernay was a CBS News intern during the O.J. Simpson trial. DuVernay was told to examine the garbage from a home belonging to a jury member. Following her disappointment with journalistic work by the assignments she was handed and deciding to go after a career in publicity. DuVernay began her career as a junior public relations assistant for a film studio that was small, right after graduating from the college. The DuVernay Agency is her first agency for public relations. Besides PR, the agency established several lifestyle platforms including Urban Beauty Collective, Urban Thought Collective Urban Eye, HelloBeautiful.
